Hiring National Consultant/firms

Interested and qualified national consultants/firms are invited to submit their applications to the Royal Society for the Protection of Nature (RSPN) no later than 5:00 PM BST on 22 June 2026 for the consultancy: Terminal Evaluation for the five-year project implemented on “Developing Ecosystem-based Solutions for Managing Biodiversity Landscapes in Bhutan”

The application package should include the following documents:

  1. Cover Letter: A signed cover letter expressing interest in the assignment and confirming the firm/team’s availability and commitment.
  2. Technical Proposal: All deliverables must be reflected properly and succinctly with methodology, implementation approach, and workplan/timeline for the assignment.
  3. Financial Proposal: A comprehensive budget breakdown indicating all proposed costs related to the assignment.
  4. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Detailed CVs of the Team Leader and all proposed team members, highlighting their qualifications, expertise, and relevant professional experience.
  5. Company Profile: A profile of the company/firm clearly outlining organizational background and previous experience in producing similar tasks/projects.
  6. Sample Work / Portfolio: Copies or links to similar assignment’s completed in the past as references to demonstrate the quality and relevance of previous work.

The Royal Society for Protection of Nature (RSPN) is seeking a professional production firm to document the five-year journey and transformative impact of our project: “Developing Ecosystem-based Solutions for Managing Biodiversity Landscapes in Bhutan.”As the project enters its final phase, RSPN aims to produce a high-quality, cinematic documentary that captures our conservation efforts for the Critically Endangered White-bellied Heron (WBH) and  livelihood enhancements for local communities across six Dzongkhags.

Assignment Overview

  • Objective: Produce a high-impact project impact video (minimum 10 minutes).
  • Scope of Work: Field filming in Punakha, Wangdue, Tsirang, Dagana, Trongsa, and Zhemgang Districts including stakeholder interviews and data-driven motion graphics.
  • Key Deliverables: Master versions in both Dzongkha and English.
    • 60-second social media teasers.
    • A complete archive of raw, high-resolution footage.
  • Timeline: 40 days (Final completion by July 2026).
