Re-Announcement – Quotation for Supply of Equipment

The Royal Society for the Protection of Nature (RSPN) in Thimphu is pleased to invite quotations from eligible firms interested in this assignment are requested to submit a formal application addressed to the Executive Director of RSPN. The sealed envelope containing the application should be clearly labeled: ‘Supply of Equipment’. Applications, along with any supporting documents, must be submitted in hard copy to the Administration and Finance Division (AFD) of RSPN.

The deadline for submission of quotations is 22nd April 2026, before 12:00 noon.

The application package should include the following documents:

  1. Cover letter – describing why you are the most suitable candidate for the advertised position and a brief methodology on how you will approach and conduct the work (if applicable).
  2. Technical Proposal – all deliverables must be reflected properly and succinctly with methodology clearly stated for the deliverables.
  3. Financial Proposal – specifying total lump sum amount for the tasks specified in this announcement. The financial proposal shall include a breakdown of this lump sum amount.
