In accordance with the HRC meeting held on 2nd September 2025, we regret to inform you that the Committee has recommended the cancellation of the recruitment for the post of Chief, AFD. This decision was made based on the following considerations:
1. The financial position of the organization remains unstable, primarily due to the continued delay in securing accreditation to the Adaptation Fund (AF). This delay has significantly impacted the organization’s anticipated funding and long-term financial planning.
2. Given the current financial constraints, RSPN is not in a position to support the salary and entitlements associated with the Chief, AFD position. Proceeding with recruitment under these circumstances would place an additional financial burden on the organization.
We appreciate you’re understanding in this matter.
