Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with approval letter Ref. No: DSE/SLCD/Adm (8)/2015/5932 dated 6^th August 2015 of the Department of School Education, MoE, Royal Society for Protection of Nature is conducting a nationwide Art Competitions to commemorate the 60^th Birth Anniversary of the Fourth Druk Gyalpo.

The objective of the competition is to inspire our youths and empower them to grow with an experience of dynamic global movement – “be inspired by, value and conserve nature”.

Through Art Competitions, it is expected to instill a sense of responsibility and belongingness in our youths to conserve nature and bring them within a conservation community to share their knowledge, experiences, skills, perspectives and inspire others to connect and bring closer to nature.

Since the success of the competitions will solely depend on the continued support of the DEOs, Principals and teachers, RSPN would like to urge each and every DEOs, Principals and teachers to:

1. Disseminate the information to the all children and youths in your school
2. Help them take part in the competitions with adequate supports
3. Pre-select the best three entries in each category for both the theme per school and send it to RSPN at the following address:

4. The last date for receiving the Art Entries is 2^nd November 2015.

5. RSPN will be not in a position to the cover postal charges.
