The Fifth Regional Research Workshop on Globalication of Governance: Implications for Water Management in South Asia was held from 3rd – 5th May 2010 at Taj Tashi, Thimphu, Bhutan. It was organized by SaciWATERs, India and RSPN, Bhutan.
