Management Training for CBST Group of Phobjikha

The management team of the new Community-based Sustainable Tourism (CBST) Group of Phobjikha was given a 5 days training on basic office management from 23^rd to 27^th January 2014 at the RSPN headquarter in Thimphu. The management team was formed as a requirement of the CBST business plan for establishment of a CBST Group secretariat/ office.

While representing the members of the CBST Group, the management team is also responsible for corresponding, marketing and coordination the CBST services of Phobjikha between the client and the local service providers.

Since the members lacked skills and knowledge on standard office management, the training was conducted to teach them the basic skill of financing, administration and communication.
