Hiring National Consultant/firms

Interested and qualified national consultants/firms are invited to submit their applications to the Royal Society for the Protection of Nature (RSPN) no later than 5:00 PM BST on 15 February 2026 for the consultancy: Translation of Environment and Social Safeguard Framework, Gender Policy and Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

The application package should include the following documents:

1. Cover Letter – Addressed to the Executive Director, Royal Society for the Protection of Nature (RSPN), Thimphu, Bhutan.
2. Technical Proposal – Detailing the consultant’s understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, and work plan.
3. Financial Proposal – Providing a detailed breakdown of the proposed lump-sum budget aligned with the stated deliverables.
4. Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Highlighting relevant qualifications, professional experience, and previous assignments.

Applications must be submitted in hard copy, enclosed in a sealed envelope, and delivered to the RSPN Head Office, Thimphu, Bhutan.
